Kaba Tours is a UK-registered travel agency specialising in Umrah packages. Our company registration number is Company No. 12345678 and we are ATOL protected under ATOL No. T1234. Our registered office is at 7 Aldgate High Street, London, EC3N 1AE, United Kingdom.
A booking is confirmed when you have paid the required deposit and received a written booking confirmation from Kaba Tours. The contract between you and Kaba Tours comes into existence at that point. A deposit of £200 per person is required to secure any booking. All deposits are non-refundable unless Kaba Tours cancels the package.
The deposit of £200 per person is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks (56 days) before the departure date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, the full payment is due immediately. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit card.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Kaba Tours in writing (by email to info@kabatours.co.uk). The following cancellation charges apply: • More than 12 weeks before departure: Deposit only • 8–12 weeks before departure: 50% of total package cost • 4–8 weeks before departure: 75% of total package cost • Less than 4 weeks before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund) We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation costs.
If Kaba Tours is required to cancel your package before departure due to circumstances within our control, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative package of equivalent value. If the cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or government travel advisories, we will endeavour to offer credit or alternative arrangements, subject to what we are able to recover from our suppliers.
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation (e.g. change of departure date, name correction), we will endeavour to accommodate your request, subject to availability. An amendment fee of £50 per person may apply, in addition to any costs charged by airlines or hotels. Name corrections of a minor nature (e.g. spelling errors) will be processed free of charge where possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid UK passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date. While Kaba Tours processes Umrah visas on your behalf, we cannot guarantee visa approval as this is at the discretion of the Saudi Arabian authorities. In the event of a visa refusal, Kaba Tours is not liable and cancellation charges will apply. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all health requirements, including obtaining the mandatory MenACWY meningococcal vaccination certificate before travel.
All our flight-inclusive packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (ATOL No. T1234). When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the Civil Aviation Authority will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
Kaba Tours is responsible for the proper performance of all services included in your package. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claims resulting from: the acts or omissions of yourself or other members of your party; the acts or omissions of third parties not connected with the provision of your package; unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control; events which neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all pilgrims. Your policy should include medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, baggage loss, and personal liability cover. Kaba Tours is not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
All pilgrims are expected to behave in accordance with Islamic principles and Saudi Arabian law throughout the journey. Kaba Tours reserves the right to terminate the arrangements of any client whose behaviour causes distress, danger, or annoyance to other pilgrims or third parties, with no liability for any cost, loss, or damage incurred.
If you experience a problem during your trip, you must inform our on-ground representative immediately so that we have the opportunity to rectify the situation. If a satisfactory solution is not achieved, please submit your complaint in writing to info@kabatours.co.uk within 28 days of your return. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
